Fare Terms: Economy & Flexibility
We know that planning to travel, especially when you have to, is more complicated now than ever before. So, to help you be more comfortable when planning your trip, we have improved the benefits of ‘Flexi Fare’ that you can add to your next booking.
Flexibility Option - Irish Sea Routes & Dover Calais
Add Flexibility Option to your journey and:
- Avail of preferential cancellation charges, up to 48hrs before departure.
- Change your crossing as many times as you wish without incurring an amendment fee each time.
Important conditions to note:
- Amendments to date, route or time may incur an increase in fare. In the event of a decrease in fare no refund will be issued.
- Flexibility Option must be added at the time of booking
- All cancellations must be made before the original departure date
- All amendments must be made before the departure of the sailing you wish to amend
- Flexibility Option fee and all supplements, surcharges and premiums are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
- Applicable to bookings made after 5th June 2020.

- Cancellation rules apply to any outstanding balances.
- If travel dates are amended and the booking is then subsequently cancelled the cancellation fee is based on the original date of outward travel.
- Promotional and sale fares may attract special terms and conditions relating to amendment and cancellation charges which will be listed on the relevant fare pages over the course of the offer booking period.
