COVID-19 Cancellation Credit - Terms & Conditions
In 2020, a cancellation credit was granted exceptionally against non-refundable fares cancelled due to Covid-19 related restrictions. This credit attracts the following terms & conditions:

| Cancellation: (Economy / Promotional Fares): | 100% cancellation fee; no refund | A booking cancelled outside of 14 days before travel attracts a refund of 50% of booking value as a travel credit (valid for travel to end 2022) | ||
| Cancellation: (Flexi / Flexibility Option Fares): |
A booking cancelled up to 48hrs before travel, with Flexibility Option, will be refunded, as a travel credit (valid for travel for 1 year from date of cancellation) OR a refund to original payment card less fees | A booking, with Flexibility Option, fully paid for, in part / whole with a Covid-19 cancellation credit and subsequently cancelled more than 8 days before travel, will attract a travel credit for the full booking value, valid for travel for 1 year from date of cancellation. | ||

A booking paid for in part / whole by a payment voucher (Irish Ferries Gift voucher, Tesco Clubcard / All 4 One etc.) and cancelled, will be refunded as a travel credit, valid for travel for 1 year from date of cancellation. | |||
